Curtis Scott

Curtis Scott is Executive Director, Global Procurement for Bristol-Myers Squibb Company. In his role he is responsible for the development and implementation of all strategies and initiatives regarding supplier management supporting BMS operations and supply chain.

Prior to joining BMS, Curtis served in several roles with Bausch & Lomb, including: Director, Global Sourcing & Procurement supporting B&L’s surgical products business, in which he developed and executed strategies to drive performance improvements in product and administrative costs, supplier quality, and overall operational efficiencies; Director, Global Customer Strategy & Process Management, where he developed and implemented global processes and tools to improve sales and marketing effectiveness; and Director, Operations, in which he led business integration and outsourcing initiatives.

Prior to joining Bausch & Lomb, Curtis served as supply chain manager with Eaton Corporation, responsible for all elements of supplier management, materials planning, and customer distribution, and also held the position of senior supply chain consultant with Deloitte Consulting. Curtis began his career as a project engineer for General Motors Corporation.

Curtis received his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University (1992), his master’s degree in mechanical engineering from The Ohio State University (1995), and his MBA from the Ohio State University Fisher College of Business (1998). Curtis is a lifetime member of the National Black MBA Association, board participant for the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering, and currently resides in Princeton, NJ.
