Alumni Awards

The Fisher College of Business Alumni Board founded the Alumni Awards in 1993 to establish an annual tradition of honoring living alumni who personify the college's tradition of excellence. Recognized for outstanding achievement, career accomplishments, and community contributions, recipients are celebrated at an annual ceremony for their significant impact as leaders, professionals, and citizens.

About the Awards

Go Beyond Award- This award is presented to an alumnus/a in their early to mid-career who has demonstrated outstanding achievement in business, civic involvement, and service to the college.
Must be 45 years of age or younger.

Entrepreneurship and Innovation Award- This award is given to an alumnus/a recognized for significant contributions to the entrepreneurship and innovation community through the development, launch, and investment in successful new ventures.This award also recognizes outstanding commitment to the next generation of entrepreneurs.

Global Business Excellence Award- This award is presented to an alumnus/a recognized nationally and internationally for significant contributions to business - and for helping to advance the global learning of Fisher students.

Distinguished Alumni Leadership Award- With Max M. Fisher’s lifetime of leadership and championing worthwhile causes as inspiration, the Distinguished Alumni Leadership Award is presented to an alumna or alumnus who is an exemplar principle-based leader in their company and community. They are service-oriented catalysts who effect positive change in their profession and seek to advance the common good.
