Kevin Korney

Kevin Korney joined Disney in September 2005 as vice president, Creative of Disney Consumer Products’ (DCP) Global Apparel business. In this role, Korney leads the development and execution of creative business strategies for Disney’s apparel business spanning North America, Europe, Latin America, Japan and Asia. He oversees new product development, global designer collaborations and long term marketing and creative positioning of Disney's apparel, footwear and accessories business while improving product quality and increasing brand awareness through progressive retail partnerships.

Before joining Disney, Korney was senior vice president, Design & Merchandising at Nautica Enterprises, Inc. In this role, he was responsible for brand and product direction as well as creating and executing product merchandising strategies for the Nautica Jeans Company and Nautica Chilldrens lines. Korney also was director of merchandising at Polo Ralph Lauren and held various positions in design and merchandising at The Gap, Inc. and Tommy Hilfiger.

Korney holds a bachelor of science in business administration from The Ohio State University and is an active board member of the Fisher College of Business Alumni Society.
